I have sent multiple emails for several items and get responses not addressing my issue that I want to return because I don't like it or doesn't fit. Cannot get a return mailing address from them.

I ordered a medical alert bracelet from these people three or more weeks ago. I have not received it.
I have not received my money back and I was using that bracelet to help me if I ever passed out, so it's for medical purposes. It's really a shame that you all can't get my bracelet to me.

I couldn't get anyone to answer me on my emails.
I couldn't put in the right address as it didn't come up. , It is an international order from 5901 West Side Suite 401 North Bergan NJ 07047
I sent several emails, but couldn't get anyone to respond. When they did start to answer me, there was a significant improvement, but it took a while.
they did offer for me to send a photo of the literature I received and a picture of the necklace. So they did want to work with me in the end.

Preferred solution: I found it all too much trouble so I gave up. I would have to pay shipping, custom, and duty fees plus first-class mail.
